CNP EMAG (Science and Industrial Centre EMAG) was established by Institute of Innovative Technologies EMAG and five partner companies: TELVIS, EMAG-SERWIS, SEVITEL, CTT EMAG AND SYBET.

In 2015, CNP EMAG moved forward, by establishing capital group CNP EMAG with its parent company Centrum Naukowo-Przemysłowe EMAG Ltd.

In 2015, first 1000 series A shares were issued, and as a result CNP EMAG Inc. was established and by issuing series B 189,000 shares and series C 52,120 shares it raised 24,212,000 PLN capital.

The key shareholders of CNP EMAG Inc. are TELVIS, EMAG SERWIS and Scinece-Industrial Center EMAG S.A. and it a parent company to SEVITEL, CTT EMAG and other companies.
